Pluggerzz Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Pluggerzz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pluggerzz ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your access to and use of the Pluggerzz platform (the "Platform"), which connects Users ("Users") seeking services with independent service providers ("Taskers").

By accessing or using the Pluggerzz Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. DEFINITIONS

For clarity, the following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" – The Pluggerzz website, mobile application, and associated services.
• "User" – A person or entity seeking services through Pluggerzz.
• "Tasker" – An independent service provider offering services via Pluggerzz.
• "Services" – The tasks requested and completed through the Platform, including but not limited to cleaning, gardening, electrical work, plumbing, moving, painting, and handyman work.
• "Booking" – A confirmed request for services made through the Pluggerzz Platform.
• "Third-Party Services" – Any external services, including payment processors and verification tools, used by Pluggerzz.

2. ROLE OF PLUGGERZZ

2.1 Digital Marketplace Only

• Pluggerzz is not a service provider and does not offer or perform any services.
• Pluggerzz does not employ, supervise, or monitor Taskers.
• Taskers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Pluggerzz.
• Pluggerzz does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any service provided by a Tasker.

2.2 No Endorsement or Guarantee

• Pluggerzz does not verify or endorse the skills, background, or qualifications of any Tasker.
• Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring a Tasker.

2.3 Legal Compliance

• Taskers are solely responsible for complying with UK laws governing their profession.
• Users must ensure that services requested comply with all applicable UK regulations.

3. USER & TASKER ACCOUNTS

3.1 Registration & Eligibility

• Users and Taskers must create an account to use the Platform.
• Users must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a contract.
• Taskers must have the legal right to work in the UK and comply with all tax and business regulations.

3.2 Account Security

• Users and Taskers are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
• Pluggerzz is not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from security breaches.

3.3 Account Suspension & Termination

• Pluggerzz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
• Users and Taskers may request account deletion, but Pluggerzz reserves the right to retain certain data in compliance with UK laws.

4. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

4.1 Booking Services

• Users submit job requests, and Taskers accept based on availability.
• A direct contractual agreement is formed between the User and Tasker once a Booking is accepted.

4.2 Payment Processing

• All payments must be made through the Pluggerzz Platform.
• Taskers will receive payment only after successful task completion and User confirmation.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and Pluggerzz does not store financial information.

4.3 Service Fees

• Pluggerzz may charge platform fees, which are communicated transparently.
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform’s payment system (e.g., direct cash payments) may result in account suspension.

4.4 Cancellations & Refunds

• Users may cancel a Booking up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee payable to the Tasker.
• Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Pluggerzz and are not guaranteed.

5. USER & TASKER RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1 User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate job details and ensure a safe work environment.
• Users must not request services that:
• Violate UK laws.
• Require unlicensed professionals.
• Involve hazardous or illegal activities.

5.2 Tasker Responsibilities

• Taskers must perform services in a professional and lawful manner.
• Taskers are responsible for providing their own tools, materials, and necessary insurance.
• Taskers must comply with UK tax laws and declare their earnings accordingly.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

Users and Taskers must not:

• Engage in fraud, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activities.
• Misrepresent their skills, qualifications, or service capabilities.
• Attempt to bypass Pluggerzz’s payment system.

6. LIABILITY, INSURANCE & DISCLAIMERS

6.1 Limitation of Liability

• Pluggerzz is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from services provided by Taskers.
• Pluggerzz is not responsible for disputes between Users and Taskers.

6.2 Public Liability Insurance

• Pluggerzz maintains public liability insurance for platform-related activities.
• However, this insurance does not cover individual Taskers or Users for damages or injuries related to services performed.
• Taskers are strongly advised to obtain their own liability insurance.

6.3 Cybersecurity Disclaimer

• Pluggerzz implements robust cybersecurity measures to protect user data.
• However, we do not guarantee that the Platform is free from cyber threats, hacking, or data breaches.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

• Users and Taskers should resolve disputes directly where possible.
• Pluggerzz may assist in disputes at its sole discretion but is not obligated to mediate.

7. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

• Pluggerzz processes personal data in compliance with UK GDPR.
• Users and Taskers consent to Pluggerzz’s collection and use of their data for service facilitation and security.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

• Pluggerzz may update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

• These Terms are governed by UK law.
